Berry Crumble
This berry crumble is so delicious and so easy. It is a perfect dish to make with the kids, and you can really use any kind of fruit, it does not need to be berries. I love the combination of sweet and crunchy in this dessert! The crumble top tastes jut like oatmeal cookies.

Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen berries
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown or coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup vegan butter or coconut oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven for 350 degrees F
- Fill your baking pan (8x8 or 9x13) 2/3 full with frozen berries
- Mix together flour, rolled oats, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Melt vegan butter or coconut oil and add into dry mixture.
- Spread the crumble on top of frozen berries
- Bake for 40 minutes.
