Put the potato, sunflower seeds, onion, garlic and carrot in a pot. Add the veggie stock, bring to a boil and then turn to a simmer for 12 mins until the potatoes are very tender
Transfer the liquid and the veggies to a blender. Add garlic powder, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast, hot sauce and mustard. Blend on high for 1 minute
Taste. Add more spice and salt if desired!
