Add dry ingredients together in a large , and mix well
Add vinegar to plant-based milk. Let sour for 5 mins. Then add applesauce.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until just combined.
Cook on a hot pan. I grease mine lightly with cooking spray. Use a ladle to pour out the batter. Pancakes are ready to flip when bubbles form on top. 2-3 mins per side.
Serve with berries, coconut cream, nuts, seeds, syrup, jam, fruit compote, nut butter or powdered sugar. Yum!!
