Tofu Scramble
This tofu scramble is pretty, savory and really tastes like scrambled eggs. It is also packed with protein and is the perfect breakfast.

Ingredients

tsp
tumeric
1/2
tsp
garlic granules
1/2
tsp
dried oregano

tsp
nutritional yeast
1/2
tsp
black salt
which is pink!
1
block
firm or medium tofu
depends on how you like your eggs
arugula
(optional)
tomatoes
(optional)
Instructions
Mix together the tumeric, garlic granules, dried oregano, nutritional yeast and black salt
Add the spice blend into a crumbled block of tofu and fry in a small amount of oil in a hot pan
Add in arugula and tomatoes to top. Or be creative and add in any toppings you’d like!
