Vegan soup recipes to see you through to the end of Veganuary

At this time of year there is nothing better than a big bowl of steamy, delicious vegan soup. Soup is warming and comforting, and I love how you can pack SO much nutrition into one bowl. Plus, there are so many flavours and textures and possibilities.

I’ve been making a LOTTA vegan soup lately, and I wanted to share my top 4 favourites. These are all yummy and easy and so nutritious, and they are all vegan, (of course!). Try them all, for Veganuary, and beyond.

Vegan Cream of Mushroom Soup

I was skeptical for many years that vegan cream of mushroom soup could work…. now I lament those wasted years. Try this soup!!!

Vegan Corn Chowder

This Creamy Vegan Corn Chowder by Crazy Vegan Kitchen is so family-friendly. It is mildly sweet with a hint of smoky spiciness, and the kernels of corn and chunks of potato make it hearty and fun to eat.

Spicy Red Cabbage Split Pea Soup

Looking for a nutrient-packed soup that is hearty but not creamy? This one is perfect. It’s like a super-charged borscht. The addition of carrots, split peas and kale amp up the nutrition, flavour and protein.
