My top recommendations for a vegan NYE in Toronto

Hello Toronto vegans!!
2017 is drawing to a close, and it is nearly time to party. If you are looking for vegan friendly options for New Year’s Eve, check out my top 5 recommendations below:

In the Market for a good time?

Check out Cosmic Treat’s NYE four course menu for only $40!! This includes a triple dessert plate – wohoo! We all know how tasty their desserts are. You can reserve here.

Sparkle and shine for charity

Awai, located in Bloor West Village, is hosting a prix fixe meal with two options:

5:00pm seating, 8 courses – $100
8:00pm seating, 12 courses – $150

Optional drink pairings:
Sparkling wine, $80
Non-alcohol, $45

Note that 100% of food sales will be donated to local charities, including The Toronto Veg Food Bank and Wishing Well Animal Sanctuary. Incredible!

This is one classy joint so be prepared to be impressed.

Recommended With No Reservations

Maybe you prefer to be free and easy with your NYE plans. Toronto has you covered! The Hogtown Vegan will be open with their regular menu, regular hours. No reservations necessary.

You can also try Fresh for last minute vegan dining with a discount. Their locations are offering 30% off between 6-9pm! Yum!

Feel the Vibration

If welcoming the New Year has you in a soulful mood, check out Soul Movement’s party in the Annex. Your $50 (early bird pricing) ticket gets you a night of dancing, chanting and a vegan dinner. You’ll arrive in 2018 feeling positively incandescent.

Tickets available here.

If you want something a little more introspective, Kula Yoga, also in the Annex is hosting a restorative and yin class NYE, for only 18 people. Tickets available here.

Bright Lights, Big City

If you want to start the New Year off with a bang, and you are a downtown kinda cat, then Planta is your go-to. They have several prix fixe options ranging from $50 – $70.

You can look forward to such delights as Cauliflower Tots, Beet Carpaccio, Curried Jackfruit Ceviche, Potato Agnolotti, Maitake Lettuce Wraps and Jasmine Poached Persimmons.

Reservations available here.
