Tofu Scramble

Ingredients
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp black salt which is pink!
- 1 block firm or medium tofu depends on how you like your eggs
- arugula (optional)
- tomatoes (optional)

Instructions
- Mix together the tumeric, garlic granules, dried oregano, nutritional yeast and black salt
- Add the spice blend into a crumbled block of tofu and fry in a small amount of oil in a hot pan
- Add in arugula and tomatoes to top. Or be creative and add in any toppings you'd like!
