Ingredients
- 1 bag baby carrots peeled
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 tbsp agave
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp peanut butter use tahini in place of peanut butter for nut allergies
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 squeeze lime

- Blend all ingredients together (except for the lime)
- Add salt to taste
- Top off with lime juice (optional)
